Walter Sellick began building his business after a lengthy connection with a dealer of Ford Tractors. He began by modifying an industrial tractor provided by Ford Tractor. He modified it into a 6000 pound forklift which could be used outdoors. What is currently regarded as the turn-around tractor series consists of a counterweight design and basic sub-frame and a mast.

In 1995, the corporation made the TMF-55 Truck Mounted Forklift, that features a load capacity of 5,500 pounds. This particular unit is powered by a choice of Deutz or Perkins diesel engine. This design greatly maximizes the complete delivery system-trailer, driver and truck and greatly lessens turn-around time to a minimum. The TMF-55 loads itself on the back of a truck or a trailer easily. This particular design eliminates the need for towing a trailer and saves huge cargo space.
